I have two bathroom mixer taps that have started dripping. I would like that fixed. I understand it is not just a washer it is a cartridge change. I would need the cartridge supplied for both and fitted. The mixers are both exactly the same.

Minor blockage in backyard storm water drain. Water is flowing but not with good pressure.

1) outside drainage pipes need connecting , 90mm stormwater in ground, 60-65mm down pipe. see pic 2) blocked kitchen drain, likely clogged with some straws by my kid. Needs to be done by this Saturday maximum, please only show interest if you can do it, can get the parts and are reliable.
