Also substituted stronger screws than what manufacturer provided for better stability. Good quality work. Really happy with the job he did and will surely use him again.

Posting on behalf of my elderly neighbour (pensioner) Her toilet is blocked. Well to a degree, the level slowly goes down. I’ve just tried going at it with a plunger 🪠but to no result. When I plunger the toilet, the floor trap in the laundry overflows. Kitchen & bathroom all ok. This is a unit & no other units are affected so my guess its isolated. Would like someone ASAP.

Need to install new 3-tier small wall shelves in bedroom. 3. Re-attach and tighten strings in the clothesline. I estimate 1-2 hours of work depending on your expertise.
