Hi, I need a plumber / electrician to change my thermostat on my hot water tank. It is a bottom thermostat. I don’t have the replacement thermostat, so you will need to supply and install.

I installed a new Laundry Tub but the copper drain outlet is approx 2cm too low; see attached photo. Whilst I can connect all the new P Trap PVC pipes together, the connection to the “ too low” copper drain pipe puts a strain on the P Trap seals & thread, causing them to leak water. I need the PVC pipes to be adjusted to prevent any strains which cause the leaks. I have spare PVC pipes and seals if needed.
