Removed water tank so need copper joint done up and remove the valve and flexi hose.

There are two leaks I'd like to have fixed: 1. Leaks from the bolts on water meter pipe (as per first picture) 2. Leaks from my toilet (2nd and 3rd picture) - the water tank keeps getting overfilled over the top limit (on second picture), I suspect the leak is caused by the water supply pipe 3rd picture)

I have bought a new dual flush valve as I’m sick of replacing seat washers but I don’t have the tool to get the bottom part of the old unit out (or the expertise) Thought I’d better call in a professional before I inflict damage. Note: I’ve been told it’s not the correct unit to replace it so will need another one. Happy to buy the right one from Galvins before install.
