We would like to turn our laundry into a second bathroom with toilets. The hot and cold water is already in the room and the toilet evacuation is just as the back of the wall as the room next to it is already a bathroom with toilet. -install plumbing for toilet, sink and shower so it’s ready for someone to connect and install the fixtures.

Our gas hot water system is leaking water & the hot water stopped working inside today. We are hoping this can be a minor / temporary fix rather than full replacement. The system looks reasonable old but has been fine until now.
