Hot water pressure at my property is weak throughout all hot taps when we turn the hot tap on , the pressure is okay for a second but then it drops down. The heater is fairly new Date of manufacture is 2021. To me it seems like scalp buildup or ionisation ,but need an expert to look at it. Please provide quotes if you’re interested in the job. The push down plug is stuck in the sink. Toilet is blocked and have tried, baking soda, drain chemicals but fills up and drains slowly

Need a plumber to help with below 1.) kitchen plumbing rough-in. Kitchen is being demolished. The old and new kitchen pictures attached 2.) supply and install mini taps to existing copper pipes where the laundry and bathroom where vanities have been removed. 3.) supply and install toilet. Current toilet is removed Later I would also require a plumber to fit off the kitchen and also install the new vanities for laundry and bathroom but they can be quoted separately

* Need to be done by a licensed plumber. * I’ve got a new fridge that is plumbed and I need it connected to the existing plumbing and set up so that it works (put in water filter etc). There is existing plumbing that the previous owner was using. You’ll need to pull out the new fridge to connect it.

There is leaks in the pipe, 1 component may require replacement. Some of the plumbing is loosely fitting and may require reconfiguration. The dishwasher needs a certain brand of dishwashing liquid and is not getting water even though the plumbing is connected. 1. Need the dishwasher working. 2. Dishwasher isn't running and water has pooled in the bottom of the dishwasher. I have cleaned out the accessible filter. The dishwasher is blocked. The water won’t go down. I used this dishwasher for a couple of years and never had this issue before
