Need someone to either fix or replace this shower head. Prefer if it can be replaced as it hangs and is very loose

Little leak between water meter and connection to water main. I think it just needs some tightening and perhaps the weather has shifted a few things. It should’ve take too long.

Water leakage into skirt boards

I want to put a washing machine in my kitchen beside the bench. A small hole will need to be cut through the cabinetry in the kitchen to under the sink and used the sinks water and waste. Please see photos for more understanding.

I need somebody with the right tools (an extra deep deep 11ml socket set) to tighten my kitchen sink mixer tap.

Burst water pipe in front of metre

I have an outdoor Hyjet pump which is connected to my water tank and also mains water. I need to replace the pump as it has been malfunctioning (switching on/off, resetting etc)

I have toilet clogged, and also leaking from the side of it

Need a plumber to help with the following as our previous plumber seems unavailable 1.) decommission old pipe in the kitchen and reveal the new pipe. The new pipe was roughed in before plastering but my plasterer sheeted over it by mistake 2.) install toilet. May need to relocate the wall tap as it’s in the way for the toilet. Bottom inlet toilet provided 3.) install vanity in the bathroom. New vanity, tap and pop up waste provided. The tap is leaking a bit so may need to fix the leak 4.) replace bath sprout and mixer. New sprout and mixer provided 5.) replace shower head and mixer. New shower head and mixer provided 6.) replace existing shower screen handle. New knobs provided 7.) install toilet paper holder. The paper holder is provided We have more plumbing tasks as we are looking to add an ensuite but it can be discussed separately

Hot water pressure at my property is weak throughout all hot taps when we turn the hot tap on , the pressure is okay for a second but then it drops down. The heater is fairly new Date of manufacture is 2021. To me it seems like scalp buildup or ionisation ,but need an expert to look at it. Please provide quotes if you’re interested in the job. The push down plug is stuck in the sink. Toilet is blocked and have tried, baking soda, drain chemicals but fills up and drains slowly

* Need to be done by a licensed plumber. * I’ve got a new fridge that is plumbed and I need it connected to the existing plumbing and set up so that it works (put in water filter etc). There is existing plumbing that the previous owner was using. You’ll need to pull out the new fridge to connect it.

Dishwasher isn't running and water has pooled in the bottom of the dishwasher. I have cleaned out the accessible filter. Dishwasher has a vibrating sound when turned on - I suspect the pump is blocked as the water is dirty. Please provide rough quote if possible. Dishwasher model as shown in pictures

Outdoor tap won't turn off completely no matter how hard we turn it. Need somebody to be able to fix and provide parts if required.

The rubber connection between the toilet bowl and tank has worn out and needs to be replaced. See photo.

I need to relocate my side business from the garage and I need to disconnect the existing copper piping to the original conditions. The job is about cutting a brass pipe (cold water) and reconnecting the main water to the actual pump. I don't have the tools for the job. Need to be done before Xmas anytime as I'm home.

Install tap and u-trap for sink and washer

1. Kitchen tap needs replacing (tap supplied). Would also like the kitchen sink to be sealed. 2. Bathroom sink also needs replacing (sink supplied). 3. Wardrobe needs securing onto the wall (see photos).

Need drain unblocked today midday if possible. Its been playing up the best couple days
