Hi, I need help disconnecting the old washing machine, and disconnecting the pipe line valve (currently it's on double valve system, would love to close it off with end metal brass cap or similar). There has always been poor water pressure at home (both hot and cold water), only one tap can be in use at a time, if someone is showering no one else can even wash their hands. The pump or plumbing appears old or completely insufficient for a 2 storey household. But recently something has also happened to the hot water. There was an audible 'thunk' of sorts, and ever since then the hot water pressure has been close to un-useable. Need help investigating and improving the overall water pressure at home done right and not costing me an arm and a leg.
