Plumber to check and fix toilet smell Occasionally the toilet becomes very, very smelly. It is fixed by flushing but it takes a while for the smell to clear It does not happen every day so assume there is some sort of blockage or a water issue with the pipes Payment negotiable depending on fix required, parts etc

Below jobs need to be completed 1) Replace old shower taps to new ones (taps already purchased). 2) Replace old wash basin taps to new ones. Please note tge old ones had two taps one for hot and one for cold. This will need to be changed to a single one, 35mm basin mixer tap already purchased. Replacement required for 4 wash basins. For the gap please put basin plugs which I do not have. If time permits remove silicon from wash basin and apply new ones.

The dishwasher drain needs to be connected to sink drain. All the cabinet holes are already done.

Just moved to the property, tried to install bidet but it looks like some glued the hose to the tape. Hose/ tape may need replacement im not too sure.

Toilet bowl unattached from the floor in ensuite. Because of movement downpipe started to leak. Need to secure bowl back to the floor and tie up the pipe.

Water tank parts and pipe need change. A crack leaking. Need Replace a new rainwater bucket. I don't want to change whole new water tank.

My downstairs floor has water leaking from outside after heavy raining

I need a qualified plumber to do the following for my bathroom sink: 1) Remove the existing outlet pipe. 2) Supply and install a new sturdy outlet pipe. This existing (flexible) one is not helping with a smooth water flow, so I am looking for a proper outlet pipe. NOTE: It will be same sink before and after, I am after just replacing the outlet pipe.

toilet is hissing, leaking into bowl and dripping from cistern into floor. likely to be a faulty or clogged inlet/fill valve. Need done today as lots of water on floor

1. Laundry sink tap leaking. 2. Downstairs Bathroom basin hot water tap jammed, cannot turn on. 3. Upstairs Bathroom basin tap leaking from top 4. Check 1 other basin and 3 shower tap for leak. They are not leaking at the moment. This is preventive work as we are trying to get the property ready for rental.

Replace the wall faced S-Trap toilet suite with the new one including disposal of the old one. New toilet suite supports both S-Trap and P-Trap. Please note that the new toilet pan is a bit wider than the old one hence existing skirting tile will need to be grinded/cut for about 5 milli-meters on both sides.
