Find an experienced plumber in Rosanna East

Moved to a new place and can see a rain pro system and pipes running around the garden. Unsure if the system is working and also not sure how to operate it. Need someone to assess it and fix it and also show us how it works.

Replace old shower abd taps with new ones. New taps and shower are purchased already.

I need a qualified plumber to do the following for my bathroom sink: 1) Remove the existing outlet pipe. 2) Supply and install a new sturdy outlet pipe. This existing (flexible) one is not helping with a smooth water flow, so I am looking for a proper outlet pipe. NOTE: It will be same sink before and after, I am after just replacing the outlet pipe.

toilet is hissing, leaking into bowl and dripping from cistern into floor. likely to be a faulty or clogged inlet/fill valve. Need done today as lots of water on floor

Need to replace the water tap with one that has a thread to be able to attach a hose. Please provide the tap.

1. Laundry sink tap leaking. 2. Downstairs Bathroom basin hot water tap jammed, cannot turn on. 3. Upstairs Bathroom basin tap leaking from top 4. Check 1 other basin and 3 shower tap for leak. They are not leaking at the moment. This is preventive work as we are trying to get the property ready for rental.

Shower head drips slowly. Need to fix it. It is a new shower head which was installed 6 months back.

Replace the wall faced S-Trap toilet suite with the new one including disposal of the old one. New toilet suite supports both S-Trap and P-Trap. Please note that the new toilet pan is a bit wider than the old one hence existing skirting tile will need to be grinded/cut for about 5 milli-meters on both sides. Gutter attached to wall inside the patio is leaking water inside. Need some to fix the water leaking.

Hello, building inspector has noticed that “a downpipe has disconnected from the stormwater pipe. This should be repaired as soon as possible as it places concentrated water flow at the base of the footings”. Can you repair this? Also do you need electricity for the job? Then I need to schedule later. As of now there is no power in the property.

Toilet not filling and requires inlet valve unit replacement (downstairs). The upstairs Shower, used to have adequate pressure but no longer, requires investigation (and solution!) Also kitchen sink tap replacement. - Due date: Flexible

Plumbing. Water. Cut and reverse 90 degree copper join. I have cut and exposed area to work in. The water inlet feeding to the house blocks the excavator works to build a drive way. Please run pipe as close to wall and floor as possible to maximise width of driveway. Excavator returning Tuesday afternoon 26. Please do it before then. I have supplied the copper piping but you must bring the joiners and 90 fittings. It is in front of the house . You can access it anytime. Just have to stop water first. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 26 September 2023
