Looking to add a hot/cold water mixer tap to be able to connect a hose too in our backyard. We have an elderly dog who needs frequent washes, but the cold water outside is not great for her arthritis. Want the easiest/cheapest solution - we have a gas instant hot water system in our backyard and was wondering if something could be done below that given the hot and cold are already there as per image attached. If this goes to plan, we have further indoor plumbing required (new toilets/taps/shower heads) but that would be another task and no quote required for this part.
