Bought this house at Auction, found these later. I’m pretty open about dates and times, as I work nights. No idea about budget but will handle what I can before tax time. Gas Hot Water System only gives a trickle of hot water unless we go down and turn the Water Tap (The Blue Tap) off and on again. Then it works great! Spa bath leaks from its u-bend, when we step in the middle near the plug hole. Shower leaks into downstairs ceiling randomly- not idea where from. Thank you very much.
