Bought this house at Auction, found these later. I’m pretty open about dates and times, as I work nights. No idea about budget but will handle what I can before tax time. Gas Hot Water System only gives a trickle of hot water unless we go down and turn the Water Tap (The Blue Tap) off and on again. Then it works great! Spa bath leaks from its u-bend, when we step in the middle near the plug hole. Shower leaks into downstairs ceiling randomly- not idea where from. Thank you very much.

The hot water tap in the kitchen only provide warm water. The water not hot. When you check the hot water tank, it is hot on the pipe and after the temperature valve the water no longer that hot. Likely a new temperature valve to be replaced. Also, the water pressure for the hot water is low.

I need some help with a broken shower head. Screw in head attachment at the end of the hose has disintegrated and is currently patched up with tape. We just noticed both our sinks in the kitchen are clogged and when we checked under the sink, the pipes started leaking out. We pulled all the pipes apart and doesn’t seem to be anything clogged in it. All other sinks work fine. Maybe a vent is clogged? It rained today.
