The current spout on the basin mixer in the powder room is too long and it needs to be replaced with a shorter spout. Have replacement spout.

I need my washing machine hooked up properly including water hose and drain pipe to the pipes under the laundry sink. I also need a 6 stage filter system hooked up properly underneath my kitchen sink. I may have some other tasks that can be assessed on the day.

Need to replace toilet with new toilet and also replace laundry taps which have seized

My toilet is flushing however is constantly running water - my water bill is going to be huge! I’ve tried a few things that stopped it but now that doesn’t work. I’m not able to turn the shutoff valve either…I feel it needs some seals on the flapper?

Need plumber to connect fridge to existing water supply. Need to cut small hole in kitchen cabinetry for piping to pass through.

The flush on the ensuite toilet in the Air BNB I manage seems to be broken. The mechanism which operates the toilet system, which is concealed, is loose and the flush buttons keep sticking. The brand of the mechanism is 'Geberit'. The toilet flushes without the cover over the buttons however not when it is on there. As we have a guest checking in on Monday I'll need someone to come and look at it and hopefully fix the issue tomorrow. Picture attached - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 16 December 2023
