My kitchen sink mixer tap has become loose and needs tightening. I have a spanner, but the access is a bit tricky for me. Looking for someone with the right tools and experience to securely tighten the nut holding the tap in place.

I have wash basin with individual taps and I got mixer tab so need to place it and also shower head and taps has to be replaced with new one. I do have the parts to replace. Was about to do myself but thought to get it done by approved plumber.

Toilet fills up halfway when flushed , takes a while to subside , but does within 5 mins say . there is another toilet in the next room and that is working very well , so I am hoping its an easy cheap job ??Ive tried the Bunning type concertina style plunger , maybe I'm just not strong enough in my arms ?
