There is a damaged blue line poly pipe. Needs the section cut and replaced

Drains are slow draining and occasionally overflowing out the outdoor drain. Floor drains gurgle when toilet flushes. Need to stagger water usage times. Had the same thing done a couple of years ago- pipes are old, cracked, and need replacing but we are hoping to demolish in the future, so just need the pipes bored out to keep everything functioning smoothly. Can't let the kids play outside until it's fixed as we don't want them near the overflow area 😅

We have an obsolete Caroma toilet with parts no longer able to be replaced and a very temporary fix to the push button as a result. We want a short term (2-3 year) fix before we are in the position to do the whole bathroom. What we hope could be done: 1) Removal of the old toilet 2) Replacement of the toilet with a new, basic white ceramic model (which can either be included in the quote for ease, or we can source if told what style may work) 3) Disposal of old toilet HOPEFULLY minimal disruption to existing tiles as we will refloor when we do the whole bathroom renovation down the track (as in remaining in tact - you'll note from the photos we are currently removing old paint etc. anyway as the floor had an epoxy coating - they are not in good condition so surface damage is fine, more worried about substantial cracks/breakage). Note, our 'Budget' is WITHOUT toilet cost, so feel free to include quote/with or without and specify.

Hi, The current undersink PVC trap in my laundry sink is leaking as it has been poorly installed/repaired. So I'm looking for a plumber to come and replace the PVC trap piping so that there are no more leaks. Please see attached images showing the undersink piping.
