bathroom tap is working yes, but there's an untidy end on the tap system, if you could remove the flanged-metal end off and add a tap to the end of it so that it pours into the bath.

I have an E24 error. See below for required task. The most common cause of the e24 is food debris that will accumulate in the drain hose from the drain pump to the sink. I would recommend taking the hose off from the drain pump and flushing it with hot water. Also check the area where the hose connects to the sink to make sure food debris isnt clogging the drain.

Replace the taps in the shower. Also need a quote for replacing the sinks and bath tub.

I’ve got 1 RCD in my box now always switching off, has happened in the last hour! It’s the main circuit of the house it’s the whole kitchen including the fridge plus the laundry/outside area. I’ve turned off everything I can that’s on the circuit and it trips after a few seconds.

This was an old bathroom that we’re closing off. It has 3 metal capped pipes that need to be recessed into wall and properly sealed with plastic caps. There are also three drain pipes that need to be recessed and properly sealed. All these pipes are on the second story and there is also access from the outside panel.

the bathroom, ensuite, kitchen sink mixer and shower head are all leaking. Require tightening up and rectifying leak. Mixer and shower head are relatively new so won’t need replacing
