One tap is leaking, three are crooked Need doing on Saturday afternoon or Sunday

We were not getting hot water properly iso changed the hot water unit as an upgrade but still issue remains the same. Can some one check and get this issue resolved

Hot Water unit is leaking

Backed up drain needs unclogging, would prefer a jetter over snaking

Storm water- capped above ground with a 100mm riser visible. complete camera inspection. Plumber needs to apply for Civil Works Permit before any works is to be carried out for the connection. Arrange Council inspector to check prior the connection.

Need a plumber to confirm the water damage at the property is done because of leaking washing machine and the washing machine needs to be replaced for insurance.

Leaky shower head when both taps are turned off. Hot water is leaking. When turning on hot water, there is very low pressure/no hot water coming out. Have replaced the tap valve and washer already to no avail.

Shower keeps dripping even after tap is closed. I can buy the shower tap or whatever needs to be purchased to stop the leak, just need a licensed plumber who can do the job today and provide receipt and warranty for the job done.

1. I have a child toilet when flushed, constantly drains the water.

1 leaky bathroom tap, 1 leaky shower tap, 1 kitchen mixer tap won't stay in position, all 3 upstairs. 1 kitchen tap downstairs won't turn off.

I have purchased a new bathroom vanity and the p trap is lower than the old one. Plumber required to fit off and install the new vanity as per photos. - Due date: Before Monday, 8 January 2024

1 - Water from shower keeps dripping even after tap is closed tight. Need to fix the leakage. 2 - There is a water pump and the pipe has a split from which water is coming out. Need to replace the pipe. You can see i have tied a cloth on the pipe where there is a slit.
