Toilet isn’t flushing water has come out

The toilet are leaking at the big pipe connecting to the pipe heading outward .small drips are accumulating and deatroying the wooden floor. And the toilet door is the old school style sliding door with simple roller at the top. It suddenly went out of rail and cant be put back. Need a handyman for these jobs please to be done together.

Toilet sink is partly blocked and toilet flashing bottom is broken

I need the caulk around a bathroom sink stripped and reapplied. The tap is also loose and rotates slightly when pushed so the screw needs to be re-tightened. However, there is very little clearance between the counter top and the cupboard below, so you will need appropriate tools to be able to access the screw and tighten it properly.

the toilet flashing bottom is missing

Hello~ I need someone to please unblock the two drains in my backyard. One is connected to the kitchen sink (the one with water in the photo). Another one is just in the yard around 1.5 meters away. They are blocked with grease and mud (from what I can see). Not sure what else will be down there to be honest. Photos attached, let me know if you need any more info or photos. I’m quite flexible with date and time - someone will be home. Ideally I’d like to get it done before next weekend (24/8), but if not possible it’s all good too. Blocked kitchen basin drain

Easy access as wall cavity will be opened for accessing. Need hot/cold taps relocated to bottom for front loader as it will be in a cabinet. Another basin hot/cold taps will be changed to mixer for the sink basin. Will provide the new tap mixer for basin sink and new tap fixtures for front loader. Just need the labour work and connection of the washing machine pipe to sink basin pipe. Thank you

Toilet bowl just keeps running water on the side of wall. Somehow the leaking would stop after flushing in several occasions, but recently it seems to be getting worst.
