Plumber required to complete roughing in and fitting off of plumbing. One remaining bathroom for waste pipework rough in. Three (including the first mentioned) for installation of inwall toilet cisterns and mixer bodies for 3 basins, 2 showers and 1 bath. Kitchen including provision for double sink and mixer tap and dishwasher in island bench, gas supply for cooktop on back wall. Future fitting off of sinks, tap ware, toilets, showers and bath to washrooms after wall sheeting is complete, and fitting off of sinks, mixer, dishwasher and cooktop to kitchen after cabinetry is installed. May also involve installation of vanity units although this can be done by builder alternately. Timing for completion of rough in is within next two weeks. Fit off probably two or so weeks after this. Currently all bathrooms are unsheeted along with walls surrounding kitchen. Ceilings to all bathrooms and room below kitchen location are currently un sheeted. Street parking is directly in front of the property and always available. Rooms generally are easily accessible.

Bathroom tap needs to be replaced. Supply and install required by a professional, licensed plumber. I also need the water pressure in the ensuite shower looked at.
