plumber for laundry (license and invoice and warranty) current tap set(red) relocate to below to allow new sink cabinet(remaining tile and sink will be cleared soon) which will be mixer with washing machine on side. current washing machine set(blue) need to be capped off within the wall. - suppose double bricks wall, already cemented so don't know the current pipe position behind, plumber do the relocation and may leave repatch new pipe job to tiler as he'll do some similar job anyway. *good quality and price will have chance for further/other project

The mini tap under the kitchen sink is leaking.

Need to change the head pipe in the toilet ,laundry sink and fix the sink blockage.

Washers need replacing, shower head constantly dripping.

We need a plumber to address a leaking hot water tap - we’ve managed to get it to a small dripping place, though just had an episode where the entire fitting structure came off and hot water was bursting everywhere in the bathroom. It seems an internal seal is missing, and an internal structure which we know and were unable to put back together. This is a refurbished federation bathroom - The tap washer may need to be changed, and also on another tap in the bathroom. We’ll need all the taps checked. There does seem to be limescale on pipping. Request to come out during the day to address this , ideally between 11am - 4pm.

Toilet flush pipe leaking water where it meats toilet.

If I flush the toilet the water keeps on filling and I can see it doesn’t stop. Please see the video. Need quotes to either fix it or replace the water storage set.

Tap handle is broken and is not functioning properly as we can’t open it

In main bathroom, got 2 taps. One for hotwater n other for cold. When i use cold water tap, its working. But when i turn knob for hot water, no water. Hot water taps are working fine in ensuite n kitchen sink
