Need to replace the seal in my kitchen mixer tap. Have the replacement seal. Should be a really quick job.

I have an old storeroom out back that used to be a laundry but it currently has no taps to attach a washing machine to (but there are water pipes running through it. I would like someone to fit the tap to the pipe for me so I can move my washing machine out of the kitchen.
