Need to replace old toilet as shown in pics with new toilet. The room is 87cm wide and the water tap sits 24cm from the wall. The new toilet has a 'Y' connection. Late afternoon is best but can be early morning as well.

I recently had someone change my kitchen sink from a single to a double. Unfortunately due to the holidays the job remains incomplete. The water is connected just the water waste pipes need to be cut and fit. No work on cabinets required only cutting and fitting of final bit of pipe. I believe I have all the fittings from the previous person. No cutting equipment though.
