Seeking a licensed and experienced plumber to complete the installation of a kitchen sink and faucet. The sink is already in place (as seen in the attached image), and a sink mixer will be provided, but the final plumbing connections need to be completed.

"Check water" error happens after a few minutes running, if stop touching it for a few days then it will take a bit longer to reproduce the issue. The previous task taker came & checked but didn't reproduce the issue on the spot about two weeks ago. In/out water issues are excluded by him. So it should be some malfunction parts in the dishwasher causing the issue. To complete this task, you need to open the machine, find the root cause and fix it, no matter if the error can be reproduced on the spot or not.

Replace current kitchen mixer with new kitchen mixer

Bosch dishwasher stoped working due to "check water" error, pretty sure the drainage of it is blocked. Hopefully, this is a minor issue easy to fix.

A small section (20 cm) of copper pipe (3/4') needs to be replaced. There is a pin hole and the epoxy putty which was used originally to fix it has failed. The pipe is underground, but soil was digged around to expose the section which need to be replaced (see photo). It's for potable water.

Hot water shut-off valve/pipe under kitchen sink is leaking.

Electrolux EHE6899 not making ice while everything else works. Recently changed water / air filters, no help in term of making ice. Checked water dispenser runs as normal. It appears no ice in the tray (before dispense into the ice bucket below) so best guess (not 100% sure, guess only) probably is no water inlet into the ice making tray (clogged pipe or some sort of sensor that control the water inlet). Currently using ice (temporary) from refrigerator below in the meantime. Much appreciated if anyone able to help. Thank you.

Need the brass toilet roll holder to be fixed back to the plaster wall. It’s loose and falling down.
