Find an experienced plumber in Tamarama

We have 7 inch diameter floorboards with a plumbing gully underneath. The gully needs access due to blockage and unfortunately the previous renovation seems to have ignored this. Think we need to create some aesthetically pleasing trapdoor / removable floorboard. A simple flush latch and a removable eg 7x 7 inch square may suffice (pending chat with plumber) NOTE: Not looking for a plumber…we had multiple already investigate and attempt to unblock multiple ways…we need access to the gully under floorboards

Kitchen drain seems clogged. We cleared the traps and used bicarb + vinegar but it didn’t clear. We got a plumber to quote and they are insisting we need to do a $1500 high pressure spray job and that a snake won’t be effective. Does this sound reasonable? It seems odd to assume a snake won’t solve it?

My current dishwasher waste pipe looks to be siliconed in. I need this disconnected and made so the new one can be connected without silicone. The new dishwasher can only be delivered when the old is ready to be taken away.

A garden tap is constantly running and can’t be turned off

A shower mixer tap and a bath mixer tap are both dripping badly. But the mixer devices may be difficult to access. I would like the washers to be replaced if that would stop the dripping

Unblock kitchen drain - will need tools

Need carpenter to pull out bottom of kitchen cupboard and replace it due to water damage from leaking pipe. We think the leak has resolved but if not then we will seek help from a plumber.

Blocked toilet from baby wipe, no poo or anything. Straight forward. 5:00pm onwards, or before 9am tomorrow. 10 minute job.
