The shower head on the second floor only produces hot or cold water, and the water flow is very weak. The basin’s hot and cold water, as well as its water flow, are normal. I am preparing to go to Bunnings to purchase a replacement shower. If you could please advise new shower brand and provide a repair quote, that would be great appreciated. Thanks

The downpipe is fully blocked with soil at the bend. It is also corroded and has pinholes. I need the whole length from the gutter down to the concrete replaced

Updated: Task is to fix the leakage of the main water pipe. The leakage is underneath a concrete step, hence busting the concrete will be required. There is no need to repair the concrete step afterward as the house will be demolished in a couple of months. I can hear the leakage and see the water comes out from underneath the concrete (see photos), so the leakage is probably 50 cm to 1 m from the exposed pipe. Happy to provide more details & explanation over the phone.

Need to have the bathroom sink drainage plugs changed as well as the fitting below, to accommodate different drainage system. The current ones don’t drain the water well enough. I will need a price to include the fittings. Or I can purchase and then just need to be fitted.
