First floor toilet leaking

I have a a water pipe going to the roof top for pool heater. It is leaking from a particular spot causing the nearby tiles to degrade. I need to get the following done - 1. Temporarily remove both pipes (as seen in picture) 2. Replace impacted roof tiles (i already have the tiles) 3. Put back the two pipes in place 4. Repair the pipe where it was leaking 5. Inspect and ensure no other area of the pipe is leaking

The shower head on the second floor only produces hot or cold water, and the water flow is very weak. The basin’s hot and cold water, as well as its water flow, are normal. I am preparing to go to Bunnings to purchase a replacement shower. If you could please advise new shower brand and provide a repair quote, that would be great appreciated. Thanks

The downpipe is fully blocked with soil at the bend. It is also corroded and has pinholes. I need the whole length from the gutter down to the concrete replaced

Updated: Task is to fix the leakage of the main water pipe. The leakage is underneath a concrete step, hence busting the concrete will be required. There is no need to repair the concrete step afterward as the house will be demolished in a couple of months. I can hear the leakage and see the water comes out from underneath the concrete (see photos), so the leakage is probably 50 cm to 1 m from the exposed pipe.
