Shower tap leak, need silicone removed, washer replaced and silicone reapplied.

My toilet started to leak slowly. intel vavle has aged and can't stop the water from flowing in, causing the water to be too full and leak through the hole in the middle into the toilet. I hope this is a common problem and can be fixed as soon as possible.

My toilet is hissing at the inlet valve (black and red plastic thing in picture). Since the hissing started, sometimes the toilet button doesn't go up correctly causing water to be wasted if not noticed. Toilet brand is Fowler. Task is to provide and replace the inlet valve with suitable replacement. Please include all costs in your offer.

The water pump needs a replacement, the failure light is on. The model is Orange pump HT100. I’ll supply the pump. The water tank also needs to be emptied and cleaned from the sludges as it hasn’t been used for 2 years. It’s 2000L and is currently full.

Supply and install a plumbing cap to cap off a 42-43mm galvanised water pipe. Pipe is no longer in use / needed. Pipe is pressurised by water currently turned off at mains. Attend ASAP

Good quality washer needed to replace washer in bathroom tap. Washer has just been replaced but tap has started leaking again , so need good quality washer. Also one door handle needed to be installed .
