My toilet started to leak slowly. intel vavle has aged and can't stop the water from flowing in, causing the water to be too full and leak through the hole in the middle into the toilet. I hope this is a common problem and can be fixed as soon as possible.

My toilet is hissing at the inlet valve (black and red plastic thing in picture). Since the hissing started, sometimes the toilet button doesn't go up correctly causing water to be wasted if not noticed. Toilet brand is Fowler.
