The water pump needs a replacement, the failure light is on. The model is Orange pump HT100. I’ll supply the pump. The water tank also needs to be emptied and cleaned from the sludges as it hasn’t been used for 2 years. It’s 2000L and is currently full.

Good quality washer needed to replace washer in bathroom tap. Washer has just been replaced but tap has started leaking again , so need good quality washer. Also one door handle needed to be installed .
