Shower tap won’t turn on or off the water, it just spins. Toilet runs sometimes where the water flow won’t stop running.

Hello! We have purchased a unit in Thebarton. We would like to renovate the whole bathroom. It would be stripped out ahead of any work. We will be providing the material needed. It’s a small bathroom of 2*3 meters. The jobs would consist of changing the toilet seat, sink and cancelling the bath tub and replacing it with a big shower (same place). There is some moisture now so the work also would require taking this into consideration We will renovate the kitchen. What would be needed is an installation of a point for a previously non existing dishwasher. Can you give us a rough quote on how much this could cost us. Back yard Access is ok...we can improve on it anyway Think a 50 year old tank...that has holes everywhere I just need a quote for the removal...some pipe disconnection may be required. Can supply photos for the curious
