Need to change taps, shower heads in bathrooms

Hi, I’m experiencing some issues with my Hisense refrigerator and would appreciate your help. The cooling area isn’t keeping items, like my water container, as chilled as it should be. Additionally, the inner wall of the fridge often sweats, and I occasionally need to dry out water that collects at the bottom where I usually store fruits. Could you please let me know how much it would cost to inspect and fix these issues (I live over on Vermont South)? Looking forward to your response. Cheers, Alex

The toilet keeps running (just a trickle) into the toilet bowl. I used to just tap the flush valve and it would stop, but now it keeps running. I’ve checked the bottom of the flush valve for debris (see photos) and it looks ok to me.

The lower areas of the basin leak from the connectors.

Toilet 2: Standard two-piece toilet, also with water access - should not present any unique challenges. 3. Toilet 3: Wall-mounted toilet. This setup might require a specific bidet model or a different approach to installation. Given this is a rental, we need to ensure that the installation process is reversible and does not cause permanent alterations.
