Need to remove the pillar tap and close the holes and put a mixer tap in the kitchen sink

kitchen sink mixer tap is fine on hot side but turned to the cold side it leaks whether it is on or off.

Remove existing mixer tap, replace with new mixer tap.

1. I am looking for someone to fix my leaking kitchen mixer tap, including supplying the new cartridge if that is the problem. I don't know the brand but have taken a photo of the logo if that helps (maybe it says Parcher?). 2. I would also like a pressure test done to investigate if the toilet inlet tap is leaking.

I was going to attempt this myself but I am all fingers and thumbs, and the nut to disconnect mixer underneath is in a tight space. So thought I would post the job. Right person with right tools will obviously get this done pretty quickly.

** Hi all ** 10/12 - Apologies about the edit to this task. I had a good suggestion that it was silly to fix the mixer tap but better to replace it (which makes sense). I would need someone to grab a similar mixer tap from bunnings and install it (of course making sure it doesnt wobble like the current one). If you could please quote/price the job including purchasing/supplying the mixer tap *** Mixer tap in the kitchen sink is loose. See attached still images and I can text a video to you if required. Needs some sort of attachment above and below the sink line perhaps to tighten and hold it in place. You can see from the images that there is a black grommet which has broken that perhaps used to keep it in place more.

I got a toilet leak coming out of side of toilet bowl. Please help fix

Our ensuite bathroom toilet is draining pretty slowly after a flush. We believe there may be a blockage (everything else in the house is draining fine). We tried to plunge it last night for quite awhile but we couldn’t get a good seal so it wasn’t really doing anything. We tried the dishwashing liquid trick and we left it overnight. My partner flushed the toilet this morning a few times and said it was fine. I tried it a couple of hours later and it’s now back to draining slowly and the water level is higher than normal in the bowl. I’m hoping it’ll be a quick 5 minute job for someone who’s done this kind of thing before, neither my partner or I are handymen!
