Toilet is leaking from base and also cistern is leaking ideally would like this fixed today

We're looking for a licensed plumber to help with decommissioning and rerouting existing sewer pipework for a new connection to an existing pressure sewer tank (provided by South East Water). Currently, our toilet waste is treated via a septic tank, while all other sewer outlets discharge into an open swale. Most of the work will take place within an accessible subfloor space. The plumber will also be required to: - Submit an updated Property Sewerage Plan to South East Water within five days of completing the below-ground drainage and sanitary plumbing work (connecting property plumbing to the pump system). - Provide relevant certificates to meet South East Water's requirements. To help reduce costs, we are happy to: - Dispose of waste materials (e.g., old pipework). - Decommission and pump out the septic tank, dismantle, and backfill as necessary. - Complete any trenching or slab alterations prior to the connection/plumbing works.

Apartment was poorly treated by tenant and requires some fixes. Kitchen sink water mixer is loose and needs to be tightened/fixed. Ensuite toilet seat has become unhinged. I suspect the blind hinge is broken, the tenant appears to have tried to reattach the whole thing using silicone - see photos.

Drill stone and install tap

A broken underground stormwater pipe needs to be replaced. I need a licensed plumber to replace this pipe highlighted in Red. We checked the pipe by camera and due to a breakage, trees roots grow in there and block the pipe. Referring to the attached photos. the entire pipe from the curb to the brick wall needs to be replaced. This may include breaking the concrete and reinstating it.

the kitchen sink has a washer underneath which has spoiled it is a dual tub sink only one side needs fixing attached photograph it is an easy job i dont have tools to open it otherwise could have done myself . the pic attached shows the rubber washer is damaged as i pulled it a bit
