Find an experienced plumber in Victoria Park

I have bought this tap. I want someone to install it. I thought it would be simple. But seems like there is nothing i can do. Its coper tubes down there in the sink. I was expecting simple hose type connections.

Replace washers in taps in bathroom basin and shower. I do not have replacement washers.

500Kpa Pressure limiting valve on front water meter. 6x mini isolation taps (2x basins, kitchen). 4x flexible water connectors (2x basins). Install supplied: Pull-out kitchen gooseneck sink mixer. 2x ceramic basin tap sets with spout. 2x Ceramic wall taps for showers. Ceramic wall taps for bath with spout. Ceramic wall taps for laundry with spout. Hand held shower head. Test and commission.

Fix small leak underneath washing machine. I think it might need a hose change.

The laundry wall assembly tap keeps dripping water. Although I've changed the rubber spindle to ceramic disc spindle by myself on both hot water and cold water sides, the water dipping issue from the tap in the centre still exists. Can you please repair it?

New shower tap not properly turning off the water once shower has been run. Needs tightening. - Due date: Before Sunday, 11 February 2024
