Old apartment with old toilet. Toilet was blocked but I managed to get the toilet flushing and draining ok. Then after a week, the kitchen sink was draining after washing dishes, and now toilet water is rising and draining slowly. After flushing, takes about 5 mins to drain.

Steven was punctual and professional and not only changed the washers as requested but went above and beyond and serviced the shower head as well. Highly recommend and will definitely use again for any plumbing issues!
