Find an experienced plumber in Viewbank

Moved to a new place and can see a rain pro system and pipes running around the garden. Unsure if the system is working and also not sure how to operate it. Need someone to assess it and fix it and also show us how it works.

Replace old shower abd taps with new ones. New taps and shower are purchased already.

I need a qualified plumber to do the following for my bathroom sink: 1) Remove the existing outlet pipe. 2) Supply and install a new sturdy outlet pipe. This existing (flexible) one is not helping with a smooth water flow, so I am looking for a proper outlet pipe. NOTE: It will be same sink before and after, I am after just replacing the outlet pipe.

Replace the wall faced S-Trap toilet suite with the new one including disposal of the old one. New toilet suite supports both S-Trap and P-Trap. Please note that the new toilet pan is a bit wider than the old one hence existing skirting tile will need to be grinded/cut for about 5 milli-meters on both sides. Hello, building inspector has noticed that “a downpipe has disconnected from the stormwater pipe. This should be repaired as soon as possible as it places concentrated water flow at the base of the footings”. Can you repair this? Also do you need electricity for the job? Then I need to schedule later. As of now there is no power in the property.
