Water is leaking under the kitchen cabinets. there is some sound also coming but cannt see anything physically, possibly a burst pipe. Not sure if the pipe is going straignt underground or running under the cabinets to wall. I can share video or more photos if required. I dont think these cabinets can be opened. Give me quote... Happy you come look and see and we can negotoate later.. keeping $200 as base price as I dont know how much work is required
