Hello there, We need a licensed plumber to connect our vanity and install a new mixer tap. We also need a new shower head swapped out. Please see pictures Located in Wandi, 6167. Please let us know your earliest convenience Thanks

Currently the kitchen sink has two wall mounted taps. There is a water hammer when cold water tap is closed. The breech/pipework has a crack in it and was repaired previously. One suggestion that I have is to shut off the wall mounted taps and run new pipes from the wall behind and install a new mixer tap. The work will have to be warranted for 12 months for the new mixer tap and the work completed. The photos show wall separating the sink and the outside where cold and hot water pipes run.

Mixer tap leaks from an internal connection when tap is turned on. I'm able to isolate the cold water just upstream of the leak though unsure on location of hot water isolation valve so haven't been able to investigate leak source further.

I need the wall-mounted taps in the kitchen removed and the plumbing adjusted to accommodate a mixer tap. The kitchen is currently bare, with no cabinetry to work around. Additionally, I need plumbing installed for a dishwasher.

The tapbhas comes loose on top ofvthe sibk and the locking nut underneath needs to be tightened. Not sure if thres a specialist tiol for this, but i couldn't do it what I have.. Might only take 30 seconds from someone who knows what to do.

My shower head has just started leaking. It’s not at the wall join or in the shower handle. It’s just the showerhead leaking. I’ve soaked the shower head so it’s not that. It’s probably the o ring or something in the wall that needs changing. 🤷‍♀️

Need a plumber to change spa bath spout (already purchased see pics) Bath and basin taps drip unless turned off really hard so they probably require new washers. Housemate tried to replace bathroom basin taps with laundry taps to solve problem but has just made the laundry taps inoperable. Need them swapped back as they were fine before that. Toilet cistern recently started to make a hissing noise and takes longer to fill up. Flush is weaker which made toilet block but was unblocked with a plunger. Probably needs a new inlet valve. Everything is Caroma.

Toilet water tank continuously leaks after filling. Attached is a photo of the inside of the tank. The issue might be with the pump or another mechanism not functioning properly.

Blocked toilet won’t drain away

Looking for a plumber to check out a possible blockage. One toilet is making a gurgling sound after flushing and water is going down. The other is holding water, so we suspect there’s an issue. The home is only a year old and located in Baldivis. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks!

Hi there I'm looking for a person with the skills and equipment to fix up a few minor items including a stiff window closing mechanism (it's a rotating / wind up mechanism), fix up a stiff fly screen, minor repair to sliding laundry door which has come off its runners, installation of new washers on four taps, and fix up a bathroom cistern that doesn't shut off.
