Install a new garden tap from current main water meter to a new location. My landscaper will dig the trench and put in the water pipe, need a plumber to do the connection. I will provide a post to mount to as well

Fridge was recently too cold - had frost on food And then suddenly stopped being cold last 2 days - feels like it's not cold at all. Freezer still working fine and fridge is on - but temperature in fridge seem to be malfunctioning

I noticed damp grass in the front yard. Water seems to be leaking underneath the grass causing a water puddle. It will need excavation to get to the burst pipe, replace/repair and then fix the front yard.

Dishwasher Bosch. Turns on and water drains. Tablet doesn’t dissolve. Dishes stay dirty. Upper rack is always dry.

Fix a leaking toilet. Non-stop filling water to the toilet tank.

Waste water and TP come out from a whole (see the picture), every time we flush the toilet.

Water is pooling on one side of the gutter and leaking. It may need to be re-pitched.

Replace 2 X old basin taps with new ones. 1 New will be mixer type tap. Have added the pictures of the current taps and replacement ones which I have purchased.

The toilet roll holder has been installed upside down (so the toilet roll is easily slide off). What I would like is to: - Take out the toilet roll holder - Patch the wall, paint it if necessary (reimburse you the cost) - Reinstall the toilet roll holder in the correct position so it can be oriented correctly P.S. The holder needs to be repositioned due to the location - swing it will hit the door. If you are available today/Friday/Saturday that'd be great!
