My Valor built-in gas fireplace shuts off within 5 minutes after ignition. It might require a thermocouple replacement or other related repairs. Looking for a liscenced plumber to inspect and fix the issue.

The toilet roll holder has been installed upside down (so the toilet roll is easily slide off). What I would like is to: - Take out the toilet roll holder - Patch the wall, paint it if necessary (reimburse you the cost) - Reinstall the toilet roll holder in the correct position so it can be oriented correctly P.S. The holder needs to be repositioned due to the location - swing it will hit the door. If you are available today/Friday/Saturday that'd be great!
