I’d like to add an additional tap outlet behind the fridge to connect a new fridge. The house is a single story on stumps, and there’s room under the kitchen floor for access (40cm - 60cm) it has copper connections at the moment. Attached is a picture: the green arrow indicates the current tap connection, and the red arrow shows where the new tap is needed (on the wall, closer to the top corner.)

The water pipes were bent to make 90-degree turns instead of being properly fitted with elbow joints, which has caused them to leak. They’ve been temporarily sealed but need to be repaired to meet standards. Bricks have been removed for easy access from the outside of the home, and the pipes can also be accessed from inside through the subfloor, which has a height clearance of 1.5m.

I have two toilet cisterns that needs repair. One unable to flush properly and leaks into the bowl occasionally. I've listed $250 as estimate so I can move this ad along. But am aware that the cost may vary. Do send me a quote. Another is perpetually leaking into the bowl

The tap for my bathtub won’t shut completely. It’s annoying and wasteful. I am working for the next few days. If you are willing to come after hours or on the weekend I am willing to pay extra.

Water leaking onto carpet in an inner house wall. Carpet is damp even after attempted drying.

Need a plumber to fix a leakage from a pipe behind a shower. This would require 1) cutting the wall plaster, behind the shower (as marked in red in the photo) and fix the leak in the pipes in the wall, for the shower 2) once the job is done, fix back the cut plaster temporarily (as we would need to get a carpenter to replaster the cut part).
