Mainly the flush/cistern is leaking with a broken part and the internal unit highlighted in photo needs to be fixed. The shower heads needs a screw to be tightened in the same bathroom but is secondary and minor compared to the cistern issue.

It seems that the pipe in the front garden was broken coz there is a puddle of water in the garden. Need someone come to have a look if it was caused by the broken pipe. If then, fix it. I do not need to do the entirely checking in my house, just in front of garden between the water meter to the water hole. Please give the price for digging, confirming and fixing.

Looking for a Plumber – Water Inlet Replacement to replace a 40+ year-old water inlet in preparation for concrete pouring. • The existing inlet is outdated and needs a replacement. • I don’t have a scanner to locate the source, so I’ll need someone with experience in tracking and replacing old pipes. • The trench is already dug half way, ready for work.

I’d like to add an additional tap outlet behind the fridge to connect a new fridge. The house is a single story on stumps, and there’s room under the kitchen floor for access (40cm - 60cm) it has copper connections at the moment. Attached is a picture: the green arrow indicates the current tap connection, and the red arrow shows where the new tap is needed (on the wall, closer to the top corner.)

The garden tap is dripping even when fastened tightly.

The water pipes were bent to make 90-degree turns instead of being properly fitted with elbow joints, which has caused them to leak. They’ve been temporarily sealed but need to be repaired to meet standards. Bricks have been removed for easy access from the outside of the home, and the pipes can also be accessed from inside through the subfloor, which has a height clearance of 1.5m.

The tap for my bathtub won’t shut completely. It’s annoying and wasteful. I am working for the next few days. If you are willing to come after hours or on the weekend I am willing to pay extra.

Leak has been identified and looking for a plumber to replace the wood and reseal the hot water pipe. In the image the circle is the wood that needs replacing and the square is the pipe connecter that is leaking
