Our drainage system may be blocked. The pit in the level 1 garage is currently filled with 15cm of water and debris, making it difficult to locate the exact outlet. We attempted to scrape away the soil in the pit, but were unsuccessful in finding the outlet. Hi, I've got an upstairs toilet that is running periodically. I have narrowed it down to the rubber seal on the outlet value - if you touch this - it just disintegrates. So I need to get this seal changed. To do that I've gotta get the cistern off the wall BUT it has been silconed to the wall. I've ran a guitar string up the back of the cistern and I don't think there is much silcone left - the string just gets stuck at the very top in one particular place now - but being in a rental property (paying for water and not able to get this fixed through the agent) - I don't wanna do anything else incase I break a tile etc.. No idea how much this should cost etc.. so please let me know. Cheers, Nath

Hot water in kitchen only comes on when hot water tap is turned on in bathroom. Looking for a licensed plumber to fix.
