Need a plumber with excavator. Dig trench to follow existing pipe to find blockage and where it connects to storm water pipe. Have cut pipe at original blockage as shown in photo. Need to follow it to find where it connects to storm water. Probably need to replace a section of pipe and find/solve the blockage. Probably need a plumber camera up the pipe.
