Have a leaky shower head that needs fixing.

Looking for someone to replace the tap/ mixer in my kitchen sink. I have the mixer just need someone to remove old one and install a newer one

We require connection of the existing pipe (under our fence - Photo 1) to the council access pit- Photo 3. About 3 m from current pipe to the pit. The pit is just near the large rock in photo 3

1. The shower head has dripping issue. Probably need to check the water tap on the wall. Please see detail in the photo. 2. Another water tap (on basin) sometimes does not have water out. It can still turn around and feel very stuck (not as smooth as normal working status). 3. need someone with water tap fixing skills

I have some new rainwater takes installed that need plumbing in to the downpipes. There is some need to reconfigure some of the existing drainage and downpipes to send rain water to the new tanks. Photos show the two 2000 Lt tanks that are already installed and waiting to be connected to the rain water system that collect in that area (pipes visible in pic's also). I would also like to have the rainwater from the other side of the house plumbed in (not shown).
