Find an experienced plumber in Wellington Point

- Remove 4m existing drains, - dig out existing 9m channel a little further to correct depth, - install 9m of new drains on bed of mortar ensuring falls are correct to waste water pipe, - connect into existing waste water pipe, - connect a T piece, - insert bend from existing gutter down pipe into new drain piece, - fill gaps between patio and drains with mortar.

3 x joabs - Excess leaking from overflow hot water cylinder - Leaking hoses connecting dish washer - Water connection to town house needs looking at.

For a few months, we have noticed a small patch of a water puddle near the bathroom door after showers. We haven't found a trail running from the shower to the puddle and thought there must be a leak. Today I drilled a holefor some screws in the base of the wall for a door stopper and some water leaked out. I suspect a pipe leak inside the wall behind the shower. I need someone to find the leak and make repairs to stop the leak.

The tiled floor of our shower has a few cracked tiles and grouting in a few spots is cracked. Cannot afford to redo bathroom; a later job, but want to use shower. Shower was leak proof even with cracked tiles up until recently after a period of non-use. Want a solid patch of shower to stop leak before we do a complete bathroom rebuild.

The connection between the hot tap and the copper pipe has deteriorated leading to a leaky hot shower. The tap if fine, just the copper pipe has become corroded; please refer to photo. Your help would be most welcomed!

Needing someone to fit a new toilet seat that has already been purchased. Also need to know if it is the right fit before installing.

Found a leak below my water meter. Need a qualified plumber to come out and replace this fitting, I thought it might just need to be tightened but that doesn't seem to help.
