The toilet seat has disconnected from the main toilet pan

Bathroom works: - Removal of the bathtub - Install New Toilet Set (Provided) where bathtub was - Plumbing pipes, etc you to bring - tile up the area ( Tiles provided) Shower Water Leak: - leak source has been identified- you will need to confirm it anf fix it, it might involve tearing few tiles down, replacing plumbing joints, etc and putting the tiles back in Toilet works: Replace existing toilet with a new which will be provided to you Please provide a price as I am not sure what will be an approximate cost for the whole job. If you need to see the site before quoting thats fine as well

Seeking qualified QBCC licensed trade/plumbers. Under mount sink has collapsed away from the counter. It will be a two day job where the sink will need to be clamped overnight. 1. Disconnect sink from pipes. 2. Remove all tape, built up plumbers putty and sealant from sink and counter underside. Clean surfaces required prior to re-sealing. 3. Reinstall undermount sink with proper adhesive/putty/sealant 4. Clamp overnight 5. Reconnect pipes to sink 6. Installation of mechanical support - ‘Hercules Universal Sink Support’ (see photo)

The silicone in the shower and under mounted kitchen sink needs to be replaced.

Doing renovations at our dental clinic. Needing plumber to mover remove one sink and piping and also move position of one sink to fit to cabinetry in 3 rooms. So in total 3 sinks to be removed and 3 needing to be changed position.

The drainage is blocked , it connects to the kitchen and laundry , need it done asap, Also see some water leaking out from the bottom of the toilet as the tile around the toilet is moist. If we could get it fixed as well
