When toilet is flashed,water doesn't go properly and water is leaking underneath the toilet

Reticulation pump is ok and running but obe of the stations is not working. Solenoid valve might be stucked and will need replacement.

I most poossibly have a damaged pipe in the retic system front of the house ( on the lawn and close to the street ) . A car went over a sprinkler and it is leaking around it now when this channel is on . Need someone to inspect , do the repair needed for the pipe if damaged and make sure all sprinklers on this channel work properly . Task can be done anytime from tomorrkw but want it fixed earlier rather than later .

Some of the sprinklers in the lawn are broken and needs to be replaced. Also some of the sprinklers in the backyard are removed that leads to decrease water pressure at the end of the route.

Water meter pipe is leaking

I have noticed that outside the kitchen there is a large drain (I'm not sure what you call it) that looks blocked as well and the water comes up when we switch on the kitchen sink. Even switching on the kitchen tap a tiny bit causes this outside drain to overflow, so nothing is draining to the mains. need it unblocked ASAP.

Shower head, pipe back of cistern, wash basin tap leaking water

Currently the kitchen sink has two wall mounted taps. There is a water hammer when cold water tap is closed. The breech/pipework has a crack in it and was repaired previously. One suggestion that I have is to shut off the wall mounted taps and run new pipes from the wall behind and install a new mixer tap. The work will have to be warranted for 12 months for the new mixer tap and the work completed. The photos show wall separating the sink and the outside where cold and hot water pipes run.

There is a pipe leak which needs repair/reseal. Tried a diy with epoxy but failed to do the job hence need a professional. Payment only when repair fixed.

Water is backing up in one bowl of the double kitchen sink but clears off once the tap is turned off. The pipes underneath the sink are only about 5% clogged. We suspect that a high pressure cleaning on the main water line drain outside of the kitchen might be required. TIA.

We have noticed that water is soaking into wall of ensuite, very likely from shower. Is this something that needs to be inspected before a fix can be proposed? If so could you take a look and advise on solution ?

One washbasin in ensuite is blocked ( there are two) and one in common bath is partially blocked. I expect S&P traps are blocked and need replacement or clean up. Only experienced trades person to quote. Thanks

Plumber is required to : 1. Replace the old basin taps with new ones, two basins. I will buy new taps based on your recommendation fir size of the taps. 2. Fix two toilets that don't flush properly.

My lawnmower accidentally snapped and broke a lawn sprinkler. I’m looking for someone experienced to remove the broken part of the sprinkler head and replace it with a new one. It’s a bit challenging because the bottom portion is still connected to the irrigation pipe. See photos.
