Looking a for a plumber to fix two issues: 1- a leaky bathroom toilet seat. 2- coffee Machine drain, not draining well..

Removal of taps from shower, hand basin and spa bath and replace with new. Connect newly installed laundry sink to drain pipe with new fittings. Must be completed on Wednesday 2nd Oct

One blocked drain in the balcony, water drips out slowly, probably sands or grounds inside.

Replace the garden tap. Water leaking from the garden tap, need to be replaced. I have the new tap, but need someone to replace it.

Replacement needed for Under bench flexi hoses showing signs of rust and due to insurance need to be replaced by a licensed tradesperson. Also looking to get a quote on an under bench water filtration system. Happy to discuss actual costs in person etc.
