There’s water constantly flowing/leaking into the toilet. The tank seems to unable to accumulate water so unable to flush most the time. The brand is Parisi.

The toilet inlet valve is leaking. Likely needs to be replaced. Its a Caroma dual flush toilet.

I need to replace the shower head and hose. There is the option to fix the existing as long as you can make it also have more water pressure. This would suit a plumber that has shower heads on stock and to bring along and cable. Price can be adjusted based on the replacements chosen.
