You will need to provide your own equipment and there will be a power outlet on the venue. Hi there, I have 2 wedding events: - 9th May , in Fairfield (6pm) - 11th May, in Concord (6pm) For both events, I need someone to visit the venue 1-2 hrs prior to the event starting, and to check that everything has been set up in the way I want it to, as per a checklist I will give you. Then to coordinate with the venue as needed to sort out anything missing. Eg. Check wedding favours on every table, check place cards are all correct as per seating chart, check alcohol bottles on each table, check bridal table has xx etc. I would love someone with attention to detail who has dealt with events before, who would really commit to ensuring everything is perfect for my wedding receptions as this isn’t just a tick box task for me :) $50 per event , assuming 30-45 minutes of work per event. Someone to receive delivery of table decorations and flowers at the venue (we'll be busy getting married!). Then to put name/placecards (x80) out on table settings and ensure table decorations and room decorations are all in place.
