Patch render of bathroom (ensuite). Only required for half way up the wall. Wall measurements as follows, Wall 1 (x2)= 2300 x 2730 Wall 2 (x2)= 880 x 2730 Need render completed so that it is ready for waterproofing then tiling. Photos attached. Happy to explore hourly rate.

Original Post There is stucco plaster on front and back external stair well which was getting mouldy. We tried removing it years back via a tradesman who half completed the job. I believe the solution to repair is likely to cement and flatten and cover the area but not entirely sure? Some rusted iron rods are also showing up which I expect as a minimum should be cemented to avoid further exposure to elements. Updated (7/8)- with video Looking to fix concrete spalling including rusted rebar and patchy concrete ceiling on two balconies (front and backyard). I imagine the treatment will require rust removal/ clean/ rust protection and concrete/cement patching. The two balconies have this old vermiculite popcorn ceiling like stucco on it, can that area too be removed/ cemented/ covered and waterproofed over once initial exposed rebar treated and covered and flattened such that it’s more aesthetically pleasing and not patchy? Please see attached video. Hopefully you’re able to access the link and this provides some context to the areas at hand. I will buy required materials I need someone to texture render the whole wall including blueboard

Need to install and set render trims to all edges of the blueboard straight and level. Trims, screws and compound are ready, only need your tools and labor.

The window was installed and then the tradie pulled out before finishing the job. He said he was coming back the next week to fill in the spaces around the window. Now there is a gap around the window and also the windowsill needs tiles on it. Wind and dust come through into the kitchen.
