Find a professional render contractor in Inner South Melbourne

Hoping before christmas if possible: I have painted most my render house but would like a professional to do the last coat to make it look better. (looks patchy) 8Litres left of Dulux endless dusk I have a video to show if it helps with working out time and cost (yellow highlight is the area i have already done 1 -2 coats in)

I’ve got a small hole needing to be filled under balcony of the unit above. Could you help in filling, smoothing it, then painting over?

Apply two coats of Deluxe Render refresh paint to existing walls surrounding pool.

Fill in Exterior small holes and render over, will need to colour match. New home so won’t be noticeable if job is done correctly. Remove black line marks, this will come off with a wet rag / sugar soap as it is only markings Sand down blistered WPC cladding and paint over with black paint, this is also new so won’t be noticeable if done correctly

I have 7sqm of microcement to render onto a shower floor and walls

Need an experienced renderer to apply a skim coat of Unitex render to two small pillars. Previous rendered couldn’t achieve a smooth finish. Pillars are ~1.8m high and fairly plumb, just need a smooth finish. Render is already on site.

Need to have outside wall patched up and painted after a new gate has been installed. There is also a hook that needs to be removed and then patched. Don’t believe we have the colour on hand. So would need colour match. See photos for pieces that need fixing.

Bathroom walls up to 1.2 meters where I took of the old tiles. Screedind of about 2 meters.

Section of mortar and render has broken off. Need someone to repair.

Repairs to a rendered garage wall and step (see pictures)

I have a channel in the brick wall and a tap pipe that needs to be pushed into the wall. This needs to be done before the final coat of rendering, today or tomorrow. On the back of the wall is my courtyard, full access. As you can see the tap's pipe is still not flush with the wall and it needs to have a bracket fixture installed. I have screws and brackets - job is Brighton East
