Apply two coats of Deluxe Render refresh paint to existing walls surrounding pool.

Fill in Exterior small holes and render over, will need to colour match. New home so won’t be noticeable if job is done correctly. Remove black line marks, this will come off with a wet rag / sugar soap as it is only markings Sand down blistered WPC cladding and paint over with black paint, this is also new so won’t be noticeable if done correctly

Need an experienced renderer to apply a skim coat of Unitex render to two small pillars. Previous rendered couldn’t achieve a smooth finish. Pillars are ~1.8m high and fairly plumb, just need a smooth finish. Render is already on site.

Need to have outside wall patched up and painted after a new gate has been installed. There is also a hook that needs to be removed and then patched. Don’t believe we have the colour on hand. So would need colour match. See photos for pieces that need fixing.
