Two roller shutters require decommission - already out of the window frame, ready to be disconnected ASAP. Weren’t planning on removing them when getting windows replaced, but now we want them gone.

My manual roller shutter keeps getting jammed because the cord has unthreading and needs a new cord.

Roller shutters repaired- not electrical

I have an electric/motorised roller shutter that needs some repair. The shutter is currently in the closed position, however the switch is in the max open position, thus it doesn't want to roll up more than the current limit. However, if I try to roll down, it can go further than where it is currently at (already at rock bottom but the motor can go further, which will break the shutter I believe). Not sure if this type of roller shutter has limit switch or not... Hopefully it's just simple re-program the limit switch. Please provide price to fix the issue, Otherwise, please submit quote for inspection and we can discuss via chat and determine from there. Thanks

Remove x2 roller shutters from the outside of our bedroom window. We will discard blinds no need to take it away. Just want them off.

Hi, we have a roller shutter that is letting light in. Due to the nature of the install the only way to prevent this is to caulk the side of the shutter. See photo. This is on a second story so a ladder is required. There is a roof to walk on so its easy once up there. See second photo. Colour: Monument. Must be done this Friday afternoon (22 November. Potential for another 1 or 2 shutters to require caulking on the day. Will increase the price if that is the case.

Looking to have someone remove and dispose of 6 crank handled roller shutter blinds on the outside of my apartment on level 2. They’re crank handle controlled from the inside by a wire. 2 are on the front of the building, 4 are on the sides with part of them under the eves. It looks like part of the concrete board might need to be removed to access the roller mechanisms on those 4. 1 of the four is on the balcony which should be easier to access. Please ask me any questions you might have. I have circled the roller shutters in each photo to show you where they are.

We have two outdoor roller shutters on the second floor, both controlled by a single wall switch. One shutter works fine, but the other doesn't, although the motor still makes noise when the switch is pressed. A technician previously raised a concern about both shutters being controlled by a single switch, which could have caused the motor failure, though other factors like water ingress, faulty components, improper installation, or an incorrect motor may also be to blame. We need someone to inspect and fix the issue. Please note this is on the second floor, and a standard ladder may not be tall enough.
