The installation should include any roller door alignment (currently they are manually operated and so far don’t see any issues) required and smooth operation post installation of the motors. My roller shutter came down but the screw must be loose or possibly stripped as I cannot wind it back up with the control pole. I need someone to help fix it so to re-enable the control mechanism. I can send separate videos for better clarity.
