Window roller shutter winder box strip is detached, the shutter is closed, We tried to push it up manually from outside and inside, didnt work, and its in upstairs, please see attached photos, need to fix the winder box so that we can open & close it. Plus there are another three Window roller shutters, and winder box are not working properly, want to replace them as well, all are in upstairs.
