EXPERIENCED PAINTER NEEDED for painting of fascias & eaves, including front and back porch roofs and one timber post. The corners will need reinforcing with metal brackets, gaps filled all around, and of course, sanding. This is a small, single-level 1940s 3-bedroom house with easy access all around. Our gutter has a small hole that has rusted through. Approx 11 years old, and only in one spot with a problem. Assuming it may be necessary to replace this small section rather than repair the small rusty hole. I think it has been caused by a draining pipe coming from the heater in the ceiling which drips into the gutter at this point. House is in North Balwyn. double-story house, with the gutter problem on the 2nd level.

The whirlybird ventilator device on top of our terracotta roof is making a racket in high winds. It's normally very quiet. Prefer someone with experience maintaining whirlybirds to go up, check if anything is broken, and perhaps tighten the screws and oil the fittings, so that it is quiet again.
