Need a certified and licensed (must have) roof plumber to lay sarking under a pergola roof. You'll have to take the roof off, put sarking and put the roof back on. The roof is pitched at somewhere around 20-30 degrees. One side colorbond sheets measure about 1.7m and other side about 1.4m.

I've got a pergola with the colorbond roof. We intend to enclose the pergola and make it into an internal sort of hobby room. The current roof of a pitched one and we intend to frame it like a pitched cathedral ceiling. I've realized that there is no vapour barrier under the existing roof, and have found that the cost to retrofit after taking the current roof off is too much for my budget. So, I'm looking for a proactive option which will prevent the problem of condensation that the vapour barrier deals with in general. Whirlybird / condensation resisting paint / any other option ?

I have a broke fluid asbestos pipe in the roof. I need someone to remove the broken part in the bottom. Not need to remove the top part connecting to the roof.
