Guttering needs modification as leaves built up in this area causing roof to leak. Flashing required under/over tiles to ensure it runs off roof. Separately, there is another leak or two most likely from a broken tile that needs repair(allow 30 mins to walk on roof and look for problem on roof and at base of chimneys).

The insulation padding on my garage ceiling is old. One area of it has fallen, am looking to have it patch fixed and also discuss redoing insulation and getting a quote.

Tiling of a laundry on top of existing wooden floor. Requires washing machine and dryer to be moved, laying of base board over existing floor, waterproofing, tiling, sealant around edges and appropriate edging in doorway to allow for difference in height between wooden hallway floor and new laundry tiled floor. Dimensions of laundry are approx 1.1m x 3.0m plus washing machine nook area. Tiles are 300mm x 600mm. Tiles, grout and sealant are provided.

Tall 2 storey house, plus garage with carport needing gutters inspected, cleaned & flushed out (includes removing old plastic gutter guard inserts where installed). Gutters of a single storey house need cleaning. Only the gutters at the front are filled with leaves. Gutters at the back are pretty much empty but need to be flushed out. Leaves collected from the gutters can be put into our garden waste bin without making a mess. This job ideally needs to be completed by Wed the 12th night.
