Fix roof lining please

I have removed all of the existing roof sheets from my rear awning and require someone to install new polycarbonate roof sheets (laserlite 2000 / suntuf or similar). I have not purchased any materials. The rafters are ok but a couple of the roof battens will need replacing (warped). The new battens will need to be painted black to match the existing - I have spare paint handy.  Installation required in accordance with the installation guide with 'noise stop tape' etc. Roof is approximate 26m2.

Roofer to investigate a local roof leak a nd repair it. The tiled roof from my house has local leak due to recent heavy storm in this area.

Timber roof and doors of Pool pump enclosure need replacing with new doors and roof. Thinking aluminium doors could be attached to the timber supports. Ideally the roof needs to open up so can access pump from above.

To properly secure a roof tile that has been slipped out to the valley area. About two meters from the gutter, a single storey home. See the pictures. It is important to apply some cement or adhesive to ensure it does not slip out again.

For one storey duplex, need to repoint ridges, fix the flashings around skylight and toilet pipes which have worn out due to wear and tear, also put extra brackets on the gutters which have sagged slightly. Material to be included in the job by the tasker.

There is leakage from the roof as there is a gap in steps of tiles as shown in the pic. This needs to be stopped. Also need to put bird mesh on newly installed solar panels (19 of them).

We are looking for a handyman (or handywomen) to puppy proof the backyard by installing chicken wire some something along our exsisting fencing to prevent one of our puppies from being able to escape as currently all of the fencing gaps he can fit in between. Seems like it could potentially be a long term problem as the puppy might end up being smaller long term so looking for a long term solution rather than a quick fix so also open to alternative solutions. Price is negotiation but would like to have a total cost instead of an hourly rate. Edit to add: Here is them photos it’s mainly the perimeter fencing but have taken photos of the decks as well as he could potentially fall off that as well which would obviously be dangerous. Just walking it out seems like there’s approx 50m. We can supply the materials if you let us know what you need. Sorry should have mentioned it’s an extremely tiny dog just getting through gaps at the bottom therefore it’s literally only about 40cm height required to be blocked off not the entire height of the fence.

Got the roof done recently and ridges are set up and modified. But there is a leakage on of water in the bedroom when it rains. Need it fixed. Also need to put up birds net guard protection to protect solar panels (the net needs to be bought by you)
